Hello, my name is Chen. I have worked with children all my life in all kinds of different settings. In the past, I taught grades 1-2 in an elementary school and taught language, math, Torah, and English. In addition, I have worked with at-risk youth, in after-school programs, in a communication center, and as a therapist. I connect very well with elementary school-aged children and they tend to connect with me very quickly. I have a bachelor's degree in formal education and therapeutic education, a language teaching certificate, a teaching license, and an adapted teaching certificate. Today, I have been working for several years as an integrator for children on the continuum who need guidance at school and conducts first-grade readiness classes in the afternoons.
