The detailed information increases employers’ chances to effectively find credible caregivers, and caregivers’ chances to find the exact job they were looking for.
  4. Verifying an email and phone number - Helpbook only approves profiles of caregivers that verified their email and phone number, in order to help insure credibility.
  5. Facebook connect - each candidate's profile has an indication whether they logged into Helpbook via facebook or not.
  6. Reports about inaccurate information - we encourage every employer with a valid package that encounters inaccurate information to report about it. Reports about inaccurate information are rewarded and help authenticate the information.
